Training and Registration Policies

  1. There are three easy ways to register for a course:

    • Complete the form on this page.
  2. ​​Course titles/descriptions. Course descriptions and trainer bio's are available upon request and also on our website.
  3. Payment Policy.
    • ​​We accept cash (on-site only), checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX
    • Full payment is due at time of registration.
    • Registrants needing to withdraw from a course:  You may do so without penalty if withdrawal is made at least 10 business days prior to course start date.  If registrant withdraws within 10 business days of course start date then they  have tow options: 1) Transfer registration to a later date or another registrant with no penalty, or 2) Request a refund of the fee of the course in which case Sentinel Safety Group will refund the course registration fee less a 25% administrative fee.
    • If the course is postponed or cancelled by Sentinel Safety Group, regardless of reason, all registered attendees may either transfer the course fee to another course or receive a full refund.
  4. ​​Discounts.  We provide a 20% discount for companies sending 4 or more employee to a course.
  5. Course location.  Generally our training locations are listed by City and state in which the course will be offered.  This allows us to choose a proper venue for the class size.  The specific location, if not already identify, will be determined approximately 5 business days prior to the course start date and communicated to all registered attendees.
  6. Course Amenities.  ​Attendees will receive relevant course materials for each class upon arrival.  All classwes will offer ligth refreshments.  Unless otherwise noted, all full day classes will have a 1 hour lunch break for attendees to enjoy one of the many local restaurants.
  7. Course dates are subject to change.  Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled or postponed.
